Join the Browse Botswana Stays Masterclass, a guided masterclass designed to help accommodation providers create, publish and manage their listings on the Browse Botswana platform.

Whether you operate a guesthouse, lodge, hotel, self-catering unit, apartment, bed & breakfast, campsite or holiday home, we’ll guide you every step of the way. By the end of the session, your accommodation will be published, live on the Browse Botswana website, and ready for travellers to discover and book.

Come Prepared

To make the most of the session, please have the following ready:

A laptop (essential)
Your business logo or profile picture
Your business email address
Your accommodation price list
Details of your room types and the number of rooms or units available
Details and pricing of any additional services, such as breakfast, airport transfers, housekeeping, laundry, extra beds and guest experiences
Your iCal calendar link(s) from Airbnb and/or Booking.com (if applicable) for calendar synchronisation
A collection of high-quality photographs of your accommodation
Choose photographs that showcase the experience you offer. Give each room type its own collection of images, and include photographs of your property’s exterior, facilities and the unique features that make your accommodation memorable.

What to Expect

During this masterclass, you will:

Create and publish your accommodation listing on Browse Botswana.
Upload your accommodation details, pricing and photographs.
Learn how to manage your accommodation dashboard.
Synchronise your booking calendar using iCal.
Receive practical guidance and have your questions answered throughout the session.
Your Outcome

By the end of the session, your Browse Botswana Stays listing will be published, live on the Browse Botswana website, and ready for travellers to discover and book.
