Accommodation Details

The facility offers a spacious fully furnished unit, featuring a bedroom with a double bed, a lounge, a kitchen, a dining area, and a private patio. For your comfort and convenience, the unit features a full bathroom equipped with both a soaking bathtub and a separate shower.

Outdoor Spaces: Guests have access to a well-kept garden and a BOMA (fire pit) for evening relaxation.
Amenities: Features include barbecue grills, outdoor furniture, and in-room & garden WiFi.

Services: Laundry services are available at a nominal fee.

Check-In & Identification

Identification: Per government regulations, every guest over 18 must present a valid photo ID (Driving License, Passport, or Identification) at check-in.
Arrival/Departure: Standard check-in is typically from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM to allow for deep cleaning of luxury finishes.
Front Desk: For arrivals after 5:00 PM, please contact management at least 24 hours in advance (Lodge Manager: +267 74032115).

Care of Luxury Units
Kitchen Etiquette: Please wash and put away dishes, and ensure the refrigerator is emptied of perishables before departure.
Furniture & Fittings: Avoid moving indoor furniture to the private patio or shared garden areas.
Bathroom Care: Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets; use the provided bins to prevent blockages.

Shared Spaces (Garden & BOMA)

BOMA Area: The fire pit area is for all guests to enjoy; please ensure fires are extinguished before retiring and avoid leaving trash in shared areas.
Noise Levels: To maintain a tranquil environment, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Visitors: Visitors are allowed, however they must be registered with Reception area.

Safety & Prohibitions

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments but may be permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Pets: No pets or service animals are allowed on the property.
Security: Ensure all windows and doors, including the entrance gate, are locked when leaving the apartment.

Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear to the luxury fittings and finishings.
