Plant Photos & Natural Variations
All plant photographs displayed on our storefront are intended to represent our plants as accurately as possible. However, plants are living products and naturally vary in size, shape, colour, fullness and appearance. The actual plant you receive may therefore differ slightly from the photograph shown. Customers are welcome to contact The Plant Shop before their order is shipped to request an actual photograph of the specific plant they will receive.

Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to plant availability. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received. If an ordered plant becomes unavailable, The Plant Shop will contact the customer to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Collection & Delivery
Customers may choose between collection or delivery. Delivery is available through Yango Delivery and is arranged and paid for by the customer at their own cost. The Plant Shop is not responsible for delays, loss or other issues caused by the third-party delivery service. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive their order.

Alternatively, customers may place and pay for their order online and collect it from The Plant Shop, Naledi Vegetable Market, Kiosk 6.

Plant Condition & Returns
Customers are encouraged to inspect their plant upon collection or delivery and report any concerns to The Plant Shop as soon as possible. If a plant arrives damaged or the incorrect plant has been supplied, customers should contact us promptly with photographs so that the matter can be assessed and an appropriate resolution can be provided.

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase. Plants returned within the applicable period must be in substantially the same condition as when purchased. The Plant Shop reserves the right to assess each return or refund request individually.

Once a plant has been collected or successfully delivered, the customer is responsible for its ongoing care and maintenance. The Plant Shop cannot accept responsibility for damage, deterioration or death resulting from incorrect watering, lighting, temperature, placement, pests, neglect or other conditions outside our control.

By placing an order with The Plant Shop, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
